UTAH COUNTY WATER DAMAGE

At Utah County water damage, we take pride in drying out your home quickly and efficiently. We have a box truck full of equipment and the knowledge to take care of your home properly. If you have a small water loss, we may be able to take care of the problem for under your deductible. If you have a large water loss, we can bill your insurance directly. We take pride in what we do. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 801-756-2275.

We took off all the base boards because the walls were wet 6 inches high. We put holes in the walls where the base boards were, so we could get the wall dry.

We have a powerful truck mount to extract all the water out of your home.

COMMERCIAL CARPET CLEANING IN SALT LAKE COUNTY

It is important to have a maintenance program. For example you need to vacuum everyday, you need to change out the welcome mats every week and run a pile lifter on the entry ways and traffic areas. Every 3 months bonnet clean the traffic areas. Every 6 months steam clean the traffic areas and entry ways. Every year steam clean all the carpets.
After steam cleaning a commercial building, it helps to bonnet clean afterwards with encapuclean with maxim, the heavily used traffic areas and entry ways and spray ARA on the entry ways. This will help because the soil won't stick to the carpet and it will get vacuumed up by the janitorial crew. The carpet will look better for a longer period of time.

This is bonnet cleaning after steam cleaning with encapuclean.

This is a pile lifter.

Here, I am running 4 to the door to get more CFMs, to retrieve more water, this helps the carpet dry faster. Bringing in fans also helps.

CARPET CLEANING A SPOT

Carpet cleaning in Alpine Utah

When carpet cleaning a spot in your carpet, you need to look and see if the bottom of the fibers and the top of the backing is clean, if not, as it dries the spot will wick back up to the top of the fibers. On this carpet you can see that the top of the fibers are a different shade than at the bottom but the backing and the base of the fibers are clean.

WATER DAMAGE CLEANUP IN ALPINE UTAH

Before we started this whole room was full of exercise equipment and other misc. items.
This is my son, scraping off the padding that was glued onto the cement.

We had to cut about 3 inches from the bottom of half the dry wall. The walls were wet 12 inches high.
We set up dry equipment to begin the drying process.
Now I am on my way to the next job.
